Orders placed before 11am from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day or the next one (except collection launch periods and not valid for pre-order products).
Deliveries are handled by UPS, DHL, FedEx ... Monday to Friday, depending on the best option in terms of time.

For other countries: shipping costs vary depending on the destination (the amount of shipping costs will always be indicated before payment).
Some non-EU countries may be subject to additional charges (customs, taxes) which depend on the legislation of their country. These taxes may apply to your order once it reaches your country. Hiima cannot predict them and is not responsible for the payment of these surcharges or customs procedures.
Hiima advise you to contact your local customs office to receive additional information.
It will always be indicated when a product is available for pre-order and the delivery date will be indicated on the product sheet.
Payment takes place when you place the pre-order.
How to track my order?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with your tracking number.
You have a 14 days period after the reception date of your order to return it against payment.
Pre-ordered products can also be returned and refunded.
Only one return per order will be accepted.
How to proceed:
1 - Send us an email to with the following information (Full name, order number, order date and the product you want to return)
2 - The Product must be returned in its original packaging (carton box, shoe box and original plastic), in its original condition, unused, unworn, and well packed in its original carton box to protect the pair during the transport. The protective plastic under the sole of the pair of shoes must also be intact (without scratches).
3 - We will send you by email the return label that must be printed and pasted on the package. The label has a validity period 8 days and you will have to drop the parcel in the UPS relay of your choice: https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US.
After this 8 days period, the return will no longer be valid.
Upon receipt of the parcel, we will check the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged and that such use or damage result in an unsalable product.
In case of return respecting the conditions mentioned above, we will refund the price of returned products (excluding delivery costs) in a maximum of 15 days after the return of the goods.
This refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

For countries that do not appear in this list, the returns are on charge of the customer. Please be sure to have a proof and tracking number for this return.
All the taxes that Sunday Mermaid has to pay to get the parcel will be deduce from the refund.
For logistics reasons we do not trade. For a new product, simply reorder directly on our e-shop.
If you order the same model in a new size, shipping costs for this new purchase will be refunded upon request to firstname.lastname@example.org

Exceptions to free shipping and returns for the EU:
When the product is not suitable for the customer and he wishes an exchange, the cost of return and the second shipment will also be our responsibility, however if again this second product is not suitable, the second return of the product and the costs following transport will be the responsibility of the customer.
When a product is purchased on sales or with a discount code, the shipping costs will be offered, however in case of exchange or refund request, the return costs of the product will be charged to the customer. The same for sending a second product in case of exchange.
In case that a product has been ordered via a voucher offered by the brand Hiima (during a contest for example) and the customer wants an exchange, the return and the shipping costs of this second product will be charge to the client. Only the first shipping cost will be offered by the brand.
In these 3 cases, the return costs will be deducted from the refund and equals 10€ for France. For other countries, do not hesitate to contact us to know the return cost. This price may vary according to the product weight.
